User Agreement for Alapo

Welcome to Alapo. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Alapo mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

The App is intended only for users aged 18 and above. By using Alapo, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

1. Description of the Service

Alapo is an AI-powered image editing tool that allows users to modify or add glasses to people’s faces in images. The App provides features including, but not limited to:

• Saving system-provided example images and reusing their modification descriptions

• Uploading personal images for AI-based glasses modification

• Entering text descriptions and selecting themes to change or add glasses

• Saving generated images and generation history for personal use

All results are generated based on user-provided inputs and AI processing.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. Alapo does not provide services to minors and does not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to use the App. If we discover that a user does not meet the age requirement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the content you generate using the App. By uploading images or submitting text descriptions, you grant Alapo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the legal right to use such images. You must not upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others

• Contains illegal, abusive, or harmful material

Alapo reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates this Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not:

• Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App or its AI systems

• Abuse the service through excessive automated requests or misuse

• Use generated content to impersonate others or violate their rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, design, features, and trademarks, belong to Alapo or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in this Agreement, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alapo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of generated results.

AI-generated outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to meet user expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alapo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of data or content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
